1.給料機在使用過程中需要檢查如下內容
(1)檢查給料機和激振器振幅，振幅不得超過給料機設計極限值。
(2)檢查主振橡膠彈簧是否有開裂。
(3)檢查隔振彈簧是否有開裂。
(4)檢查各緊固螺栓是否有松動。
(5)檢查電動機運轉中是否有異常聲響。
2.給料機運行初期一周內，必須每天檢查并擰緊各連接螺栓，一周后，可隔一天檢查并擰緊一次，直到設備運行穩定為止。
3.電機維修與保養按電機使用說明書進行。
4.振動給料機操作規程
(1)給料機安裝與振動電機接線后，進行全面安全檢查，以避免開機后發生人身與設備事故，確認各處螺栓緊固，設備可靠接地，方可開機。
(2)給料機不宜空載運轉時間過長，30分鐘以內停機后，要將全部螺栓緊固一次，以后要定期檢查，發現松動及時緊固，確保振動電機與設備的牢固連接。
(3)在調整給料量時，可以通過以下方法進行。
a.調整加大振動電機的激振力。
b.調整槽體吊掛的長度，使槽體沿下料方向往下傾斜，傾斜角度在通常情況下0~-140范圍內，按不同物料的自然安息角，以不自動跑料為原則。
